Up down up down… I’m back… I’m starting to lose weight a little easier since I started my new job. I’ve slacked for awhile but since I’ve distanced myself and vice versa from “friends” I feel like I have time to focus on what I’ve wanted to do for awhile now. Tonight I walked with some spurts of running I got 3 miles in about 48 minutes. I wanna keep getting this number lower until I can do about a 5 minute mile. I’m not doing anything drastic just yet just trying to actually “move” instead of the normal come home and be lazy.
